Hey There!

i'm Jacquelene Tsiouklas

I’ve been training for over 10 years, but for a long time, I felt stuck. I worked hard, followed programs, listened to what everyone said I should be doing—and still couldn’t grow my glutes or build the body I was chasing.

So I stopped guessing and stopped outsourcing my progress. I sat down, studied the why behind training, dialed in my structure, and built a method that actually made sense for my body.

That’s when everything changed. I built strength, shape, and confidence—and finally saw results that matched the effort I was putting in.

Now, I coach others using that same approach: smart training, real structure, and sustainable habits—so you don’t have to waste years doing what doesn’t work.

Growing up, I was usually pretty confident but wasn’t necessarily “happy.” I struggled with body dysmorphia and often felt unworthy of success. I was always told I couldn’t achieve certain things, and that left me feeling stuck and unsure of myself. For a long time, I battled with the belief that I wasn’t capable of reaching my full potential.

But over time, I made a conscious decision to change my mindset. I trained myself to believe that I could accomplish anything I set my mind to. By shifting my focus from self-doubt to self-belief, I found the strength to break through my own limitations.
That mental shift completely transformed my life and is the foundation of everything I do today. It’s this resilience and determination that I bring to my work, and it fuels my passion to help others break through their own barriers and achieve their goals.

I became a coach because I’ve been in a place where you feel uncomfortable in your own body, confused by mixed advice, and unsure if the effort will actually pay off. I was told certain goals weren’t realistic for me, and for a while, I believed it. Training taught me how powerful consistency, patience, and learning your own body really are—and that confidence doesn’t come from perfection, it comes from showing up. Coaching gives me the chance to walk alongside others, meet them where they are, and help them build strength in a way that feels sustainable and empowering. I do this because I know how life-changing it is when someone finally realizes, “I can do this,” and I want to be that person for others.
